Abdominal pains and blood in stool?

I am currently overseas in Hong Kong by myself and am 17. I am experiencing abdomen pains and blood in my stool I am really freaking out because I do not know what to do and don't know any doctors or anything ?? Please help

How long will you be there and do you have hemroids? Is there a lot of blood ? Try eating a high fiber diet . I've been experiencing blood I. My stool for about 3 weeks , not a lot , but it's there and they told me to increase my fiber . Now if yo are serious g blood In the water, call sny doctor and just get checked. Keep I. Touch . Have you been constipated? Is the blood in the toilet or on the toilet paper? Bright red or dark red? If you've been constipated and it is bright red on the toilet paper you most likely have an internal hemorrhoid or a small tear in your rectum from straining to poo. If it is dark red, think coffee grounds, and in the toilet then you may have an ulcer and should see the doctor. Neither one will kill you, but the ulcer is more serious and needs to be checked out.
