Cilitopram

Ive been on cilitopram 2omg for years and ive veen suffing from hot flushes for doc put me on a extra 10mg. I feel so tied and week is it normal orshall I just stop taking the extra tablet

I am also on citalopram 30 mg. What I can tell you is when I went from 20 to 30 I was weak and tired for about four days as well as having crying episodes but I felt much less anxious after the four days and I was no longer crying. I increased to 40 mg four weeks ago and I had the same weakness and lethargy but it would not go away after two weeks so I went back to 30 recently and the next day I felt less tired and less drunk and weak feeling. I still have periods during the day when I feel really tired and weak but most of the day I feel ok. I think my body is still adjusting to the medication. It's a process for sure.

Diddnt go well so I went back on to 20 ive swapped it till night time its not to bad wen im going to sleep hot flushes not to bad
