b_blessed_07, everybody is allowed to have strange thoughts, there is no harm in them and you should simply accept them without worrying about them in the least. TheN they will depart as suddenly as they come. I'm presuming that the strange thoughts aren't encouraging you to do something that would harm yourself or others.
weird feeling is part n parcel of anxiety attack .itwill go away only if you try to overcome it comsistently .i know it is easier said then done .i have over 25 years of experience so i can share with you on how to overcome it .in short , one must be on top of every situation .u must not let the devil controls you.be 100% in control of your mind n body .how ? easy exercise daily running or jogging .meditate quietly daily at least 3 times over 30 mins each with soothing music .if u r afraid of crowd .avoid going alone or get a buddy to follow .Seek your doctor advice on a standby medication and carry with you as standby
only .i used to carry xanax .this is powerful .used a tiny bit if the situation is beyond your manage .gradually get out of relying on pills .after few years you can be free.
I wish I knew how to get rid of them. I can't seem to turn my brain off. I started therapy yesterday & started back on a daily med. Maybe the two combined will help.
may be this post will give you some ideas - the trick really is to accept them and move on rather than fighting them
