Mowed the lawn

Today I mowed the lawn and after I felt nauseous and had a headache. My blood pressure was 135 over 73 So it was a little high but it's back to my normal. Feeling nauseous with a headache and slightly high blood pressure really freaked me out. I need to calm down.

Blood pressure reading is normal and very good seeing you had just been physical and mowing the lawn.relax that's a normal reading.
