Is arm pain normal?

Health anxiety making me terrified of a blood clot.. anyway my arms and everywhere hurt Like anxiety causes it too, but today I'm getting real pains in my arms and travels to the top of my boob, idk sometimes hurts when I move it too... very worried someone reasuure me it's not. A blood clot.

Hey I'm worried about the same thing just in a different type of scenario

I read that anxiety can make u feel lots of things like this it's hard trust me I know it will be ok.

Hi ,

Ive had 2 major blood clots in my leg.My symptoms were my leg swelled to twice its size.It was darkish dusky red ,it ached deeper than a usual ache It was very warm over where th clot was with a fiery red sheen to the skin above where the clot was situated.the main risk factors in getting a clot are not everyday life activities ,it is like being bedbound ( i am) or being unable to move your limb due to constriction in space to move the limb, there are some other risks like having a hear valve replacement , or rare blood clotting disorders , or risk of bloodclot due to a broken limb. There is also a slight risk if you take the combined pill.If you can cross those things out .I dont think it probable that you have a clot.
