Constant chest pain

I'm having constant chest pains, it's worrying me even though the doctor said it's anxiety, help

Cos it is anxiety. It's not a heart attack cos I've had same thing. I take slow deep breaths and exhale out slowly do that for 5 minutes and should feel better. Think positive
