Does anyone else get a feeling in the bottom of their throat? Feels kinda like a lump of something jammed inside lol?! But it just makes me want to burp/feel sick

You're right, Babyexx, it's a very common symptom of anxiety, it's even got a name: Globus Hystericus. When you are able to accept it and cease obsessing about it the feeling will pass.
