Freaking out again...

I know I constantly make posts now and again but recently I am in a state of paranoia!

Yesterday, before I took my second propranolol, I decided to wait to see if I could lay off them again. However later after dinner when the thought of taking my propranolol came into me I didn't know if I took my second one or not since my memory slipped me! I took a second on to be on the safe side and took my third one at bed. I only take 3 a day but trusting the fact that I didn't take my second one before leaves me very anxious! I'm now in fight or flight mode worrying I'm going to die of drug overdose! Again it's just a memory slip and I probably didn't take it but still!

Sorry if this is a bit complicated for some people but this was the best I could explain it.

Write down in a little diary date and time of when you take your meds for peace of mind.

I'm not sure what type of drug that is , I can google it, but if ever in doubt, better to not take it this to double take it, even gbough it will not hurt you Better to skip it. And yes , log it if you can , ok I just googled it , and seeing it's s blood pressure Med, consult an all night pharmacy or nurse on call. Lots of people do this , so don't worry ? Just get advice from a nurse or doctor in call of a pharmacy . And if you are feeling normal you probably did it right. Keep in touch

I have recently just come off Propranolol after being on it for 8 months. I was told to take three a day like you. Don't worry though you can take 4 without it doing any harm whatsoever. 3 is the lowest dosage you can have. A lot of people are given 4 from the start. Two twice a day every day. I used to up my dosage to 4 on the odd occasion when it was necessary such as going to a funeral. Don't fret. You're fine.
