Here lately every time I go down to my basement to do my laundry I get disoriented down there. I'm not exactly sure why because I will feel fine but when I go down there I feel all out if sorts. It's not a fun feeling at all. What could be triggering this?

Hi Leighakay, Ever since I read your post earlier, I've been thinking about that especially since my computer is in the basement. Could it be the lighting or the pattern in the tiles or rug? I know stripes as well as black and white patterns can play with your brain. Do you feel better once you go back upstairs? The other thing is did something ever happen in the basement to you or someone else? That's how I lost my dad many years ago when he fell back down the basement stairs. My mother sold the house shortly after that traumatic event. So what I'm saying is that there can be many subtle things as well that cause you to feel this way. I hope you figure it out and can make some changes both physically as well as mentally. My best x
It all depends with what you are suffering with. For me, I became massive disoriented when I started having depersonalization, derealization. I was so disoriented I couldn't get out of bed for 2 weeks. Then I forced myself to do everything normal but I was disoriented for 3 months bad. Now it's almost 5 months and it's fading but it couldn't go quick enough. It's hell
