Does anyone else feel anxious when they're overly tired? My eyes are so dry. But the weird thing is I haven't been getting sleep lately... 2 hrs here n there. Also, my anxiety is starting at night again instead of all day long like it's been for the last 6 months. Another thing... how do I know if my depression is gone or will I not know?

Dear Tanae,
When your depression lessens, I think you will know it. If you are not feeling anxious during the day, are you feeling depressed instead? Or are you just feeling tired all day? Your eyes may just be dry from being awake more than you are sleeping, or may the pollen that's in the air, or even air conditioned areas...that's a difficult thing to pinpoint.
It's interesting your anxiety has switched to nights instead of it bothering you all day. Don't be too concerned about that right now, has just decided to move. With my PTSD, my anxiety often comes as my nightmares. Perhaps at night try the methods you used to control your anxiety in the day time. I try to shut off my computer, TV, phone, everything about an hour or so before bedtime and just rest. That seems to help me get to sleep at night.
Oh, as a postscript, thank you for your kind reply about Scooter. Yesterday. I really appreciated it.
Thank You. Yes I am feeling irritated more than anxious during the day. I used to always get anxiety at night and then it switched over to being crazy all day every day. I'm just so over everything.
