I've had some positive Results managing my anxiety as I'm applying the concept of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Here are 4 videos (short) that shed light on ACT.

Meeasy, I LIKE IT....Thank you again for introducing this subject matter ACT. It's amazing. I could watch it over and over. It is my exact same sentiment and feelings in dealing with anxiety. Meeasy, as I've said before, the video on The Struggle Switch needs to be a MUST for all anxiety sufferers. The thing is to really understand what we are doing to ourselves.
