You are not alone. These is anxiety for sure. I am suffering from depersonalization/derealization at the moment and it's pure hell. 4 months of hell!!! But just keep going. Force yourself to do things even if you feel horrific. You will get better.

I've experienced this before as well, and I found that meditation really helped. I was so against it at first thinking that It wouldn't help it's silly, but sitting and being patient and actually trying it properly really honestly calmed me down, relaxed me and helped me breathe

Yeah completely! If it's new with your medication though I'd go and get it checked with your doctor just for reassurance 😊

Hey! Welcome to the forum, if you've gotten a clean bill of health regarding you're heart from a specific machine, take it. It's all positive. You're fine :) Perhaps, if you're nervous regarding the side effects of you're medication, talk to you're doctor, to make you feel more at ease. Well wishes, X

Trust me when I say that Prozac takes a while to work & sometimes it heightens anxiety until it does. You will be just fine darling. We are all here for you xxx
