Feeling nervous

Hi everyone I'm feeling rather nervous today Tuesday as my appointment to see specialist is tomorrow to look at swelling under my tongue on the floor of my mouth showed dentist who referred me as he was unsure what it was Dr also looked at it he to said let's see what specialist says ? So no one saying its nothing to worry about.so feeling nervous what the specialist is going to do ? Or worse still what he is going to tell me !!! So please keep everything crossed for me .on the plus side after months and months of very bad anxiety I am getting over that very well with the help of CBT treatment.so instead of anxiety over this soft swelling in my mouth.I am just feeling nervous as I'm sure most people would be feeling in my position.hope you are all having a good day and I will keep you posted once I've been tom.

great to hear you are dealing with your anxiety long may it continue...if you have the strength to beat that you'll beat anything....john
