Hi everyone, I have taken Effexor for est 16 years. Tapered off them 6/02/17 ( sick of side effects) then crashed again around mid March . I wish I had of researched prior to this . Anyway my Dr " says" it is a relapse. I went back on them only to find I was getting worse with both depression and Anxiety . Put on Hrt patches ( I 'm 50), tapering Effexor, started Lexapro ( another AD) and also Valium . Only on Lexapro for nearly 2 weeks. Rather be medication free. Feeling desperate to be feeling Normal, Happy and not Anxious 😤
