Been having shortness of breat...

Been having shortness of breath all this week than my chest feeling weired my body vibrating I'm so scared would it ever go away

My body vibrates too. Starts with my legs and up. That's how I know anxiety is hitting. So weird how people get anxiety for no reason. There has to be an imbalance in the brain

Let me just go ahead and say me too ! Gosh ! I understand the breathing thing however it is new to me and my chest does feel weird . It almost feels like I inhaled cold air or something but I'm sure it's because i somehow convince my body to automatically take deep breath's every so often 😖 I haven't told my doctor about this fairly new symptom but what's the point. I've already had chest xray and a echo of my heart a CO2 test and a ekg . Sighs ... I know it's me doing this . Hopefully we will find relief soon .

Hey there,

Take a few deep breaths about 10 times. Try not to focus your thoughts on having shortness of breath as it will make it worse. Focus on an activity or something else. I know its tough to do, but you will find relief. I've noticed with my anxiety the more I focus my thoughts on the symptoms the worse they get. I hope this helps and good luck.

Yess I notice the same to !! That's why I try go out more forget I have anxiety it works ain't gone lie.

Self soothe...what would you tell a dear friend feeling like this. Be that friend to yourself. Your body is telling you something. Listen to it you have the answers.
