Reflexology is very beneficial for mental health problems. Look for the qualifications MAR (Association of Reflexologist) to be sure you are in safe hands.

Hi 👋 try using ARCB.net (American reflexology certification board) . There home page has a search facility. Good luck!

Thanks, you're in the UK. Doubt if any insurance plan here covers it. Is it covered under the healthcare system in the UK?

Some Medical insurers in the U.K. do have an allowance for reflexology under complementary therapies 👍
