I spend most my day with anxiety. I'm short of breath dizzy and I feel like I'm losing my mind. I barley leave the house I don't go to restaurants or anywhere really in public. I have panic attacks when I'm on the car at all. I focus on my breathing a lot which make shortness of breath worst and I feel like someone is always sitting on my lungs. Does anyone have a tip on what might help besides med any natural things

Hi I left a reply on your other post on I'm currently dealing with the same thing I just happened to me I feel scared and I feel like I can't fully take a deep breath and it hurts my chest I don't know why I feel this way I wasn't anxious when I woke up this morning but I kept on thinking about my breathing . Does it ever make you feel like you're going to pass out or like you're kind of dizzy or spacey
Hi Taranicole31404, I found that belly breathing exercises helped me, they were not easy to start with but when I have shortness of breath/feeling unable to take deep breaths I try to lie down if possible and place my hands on my belly to make sure I can feel them moving up and down gently. I also find eucalyptus or peppermint essential oils help and opens my airways and a useful meditation app called Headspace, I use the SOS and sleeping ones most frequently. There's a small list of things I can't leave the house without, maybe a little OCD but it helps me get out of the house even for just a short while. You aren't going crazy.
I have this too! I feel as if I have to remind myself to breathe and i become fatigued. I have recently been diagnosed with anxiety and panic disorder because of this and was prescribed Flonase and allergic meds :/ my advice would to you I'd try the panic away program
