I don't know how this is possible or fair. Chest pains. Headaches. Stomach issues. Visual problems. Concentration issues. Dizziness. All day everyday :(

I feel the same way. Are u on meds or going to therapy? They are both helping me somewhat but it is very difficult. I just try everything in my power to stay positive and try to distract myself with walks and chores to take my mind off. I also continue to see doctors just for my piece of mind to rule things out. I also struggle with daily dizziness, GI symptoms, visual issues, neck plain and overall low energy, it sucks but we just gotta keep positive somehow since that is the only way to get better.

I want to exercise as I hear that really helps. But my anxiety is over my heart so when I exert it makes me even worse. I'm stuck in between a rock and a hard place

I had anxiety symptoms this morning that just came out of no where . For me it means I can't eat. It got better once I got into work but it's still lingering. I feel I need to learn to accept it and just move on.

When you guys says dizziness, is it more of a lightheaded off balance or feeling like the room is spinning?

Hello what support are you currently getting and what have you tried so far to work on your anxiety? Counselling is great and CBT and Mindfullness. Lots of great videos on YouTube for guided meditation and cbt. Have just read a great book called DARE which helps you to work on the anxiety sensations and symptoms would recommend. All trial and error and finding out what works for you. No quick fix I'm afraid. Good luck x

I've read Dare loads of times. It did help but lost its effect on me now. I've had CBT, NLP. Can't find the right help. Been referred to physciatrist now through NHS ask hopefully this can help me.
