New symptom

Ok once again feeling great then all off a sudden went really off balance , started to feel sick, felt tightness in my chest and couldn't seem to get my breath . Checked bp 179/105 so it was spiking . But my new symptoms was around my eyes , they felt really cold and sweaty ? Strangest feeling . Anyone else get thus ?

Jodz, you were feeling great, then went off balance. I'm sure you got scared when that happened. You got scared, adrenaline starting pouring out, it makes you feel sick. You get so scared that you start to shallow breathe which makes your chest tighten make you feel as if you can't take a breath. B/P being 179/105 (been there many times) proves that you are in an anxiety attack. Don't worry about any new symptoms, your body is now in a state of over nervous arousal. Start using slow deep breathing. Slow and deliberate breathing. If need be go on YouTube and type in 10 minuted Meditation/Deep Breathing. Listen in a quiet spot to what the audio video tells you to do. It will help bring down your B/p as well as open your chest muscles and allow you to breathe more deeply. You are Okay...Nothing is going to happen . x

Agora1, THANKYOU for your reply it always helps. I have been going not to bad , but then I get a new symptoms and it frightens me . And you just described exactly how it effected me . Even when my bp was so high it didn't worry me that much , it was the cold weird feeling around my eyes . It felt really strange . I know I'm not breathing correctly so must try that . Once again thanx x

Its amazing what we can do to ourselves. My BP goes up, just because I am checking it.
