Anxiety and hot flashes is there an easy answer
Anxiety can cause a slew of weird problems, I just the other day felt a lump in my throat that immediately caused my heart to race and I got sweaty and hot. Just tell yourself its anxiety and try to relax take a break from eating and walk around or refer to your post with the words of encouragement, doesn't seem like anything is wrong if your internal temperature is fine durring the hot flashes and you're not gasping for air don't worry about it.
Hummmm. Where you admitted to the hospital for "hot flashes"?
If you're starting menopause early, you really are having an interesting ride with both anxiety and that. Both of these conditions are sneaky and can cause a number of "symptoms" and reactions......like sticking your head in the refrigerator to cool off from the hot flashes. lol
If you're in the hospital I'm sure the staff would have found an actual physical reason for your symptoms.
There is one throat condition that can actually cause some difficulties, but think you're too young. As we age, the throat can actually become smaller, tighter. My older brother (70) and my sister (58) had that condition. In a simple outpatient procedure, the doctors actually stretched their throats open a little to make swallowing foods like rice, beef, etc. easier. Were told the procedure may need to done again in ten years, and it was a common among us "older" people. (Guess it's like an older tree having more rings than a younger one? lol)
As far as your symptoms, think you should not worry, just mark them off for now.
Best wishes for a better day.
