Hi everyone im struggling so much at the momemt where do i even start ive been dealing with a horrible breakup alot of stress. Im having so many symptoms i just got off my period i discontinued my birth control i no longer need them i have head tension skipped heartbeats (i fear them the most) headache ,gurgling stomach , sinus, feeling tired allllll the time i never could sleep throughout the night i always wake up 2 or 3 times never feel well rested. Im feeling chest pain as well its just horrible amd i cant get the negative thoughts out of my mind.
