Well, I did well for two days. No phone except for calls and texts. Had two GREAT days with my husband. He even commented how we got to do a lot because we didn't stay in bed til ten or eleven like we usually do.
Today I'm on my own and I still felt sleepy when he went to work so I went back to bed. Started feeling anxious where I can't stop thinking about work and getting fidgety. So I grabbed my phone and turned on Netflix.
I'll take the two days as a win. Next goal: two WEEKdays of no phone. I can do it.
I know what you mean. About a walk every day? Mini projects like clean one thing....?
Hey----you're my "goal" pal. My goal for the day------going on a tour of a local historic building's tower. I'm already feeling dizzy; can I / can't I do it??? The friend who bought the tickets is taking my turning up as a sign of allegiance to him-----no pressure then!!! Hope you find your goal for the day & pat yourself on the back when you've done it.x
Hi LMCello & hope you're OK today. The tower tour went well; I had a few blips of confidence enroute, & a few prickles of panic there. But did it & for that I'm truly grateful.
