Mine is to plan out my day so I can make the best use of my time and catch up on work that I keep putting off because it overwhelms me. I look at it, and it's too much! I have been told that I hold myself to unrealistic expectations.

Hi LMCello! Great goals, you will feel better once you start attacking the pile. My goal today is to try to go to bed early & not to panic if my husband isn't home by bedtime. He's having a guy's night, I get anxious being in the house by myself at night.

Hi again, LMCello--good goal---baby steps on the scary backlog stuff,maybe. Boring day doing chores for me, today, but goal-driven day tomorow, meeting an old friend for the morning doggy walk (why is that so scary??) & a "Mindfit" course in the afternoon (also scary!!) Hey ho. Best wishes.x
