Just don't know

Hi everyone. I'm back again unfortunately.

I've had a pretty good few months if I'm honest.

Then over the weekend I started to get a little short of breath but didn't let it get the best of me.

Then this morning it happened. I felt a bit off but put it down to being tired.

Then all of a sudden those little chest pains started. Just little stabbing and pinching pains. Then they moved to the top of my left arm.

They've been here for an hour now and I've had to retreat to my car. I've tried relaxing and calming down but it's not going away. I'm contemplating going to the doctors as I keep thinking it might be a heart attack but inform want to fuel the fire with the doctors.

I just don't know. I feel broken.

  • Go to the doctors if you think it will help.

But how did you manage to control the anxiety over the last couple of months?

Maybe you shouldn't sit on the car thinking about it, you might need to do something to take your mind off it, but go to the doctors if you feel you need to.

  • I'm not sure how I managed it. Just taking it easy and not thinking about it.

The pain has gone now so that's a good thing. I guess if it was something very serious the pain wouldn't go away.

  • Not thinking about it is the best thing it has worked for me for ages...

  • I'm doing the same as we speak. Contemplating going to the doctors, chest pain that stabs but it always constant, aching arms and shoulders, do you have acid reflux?

  • I don't think I have reflux.

Just light uncomfortable stabbing pains. In the left side of the chest but not always in the same place. Like it moves around a little bit.

It has stopped now and now I just feel unwell and sleepy.

  • It's all anxiety and reflux believ me. Just tell yourself that. I've just been docs they said reflix and I've had exact same as you

  • I've also been tired it's from stressing

  • Try a banana, good for tiredness and stress.

  • Even people suffering from anxiety may benefit or require a check up, don't feel disheartened, why just get a general check up? :-)
