Then over the weekend I started to get a little short of breath but didn't let it get the best of me.
Then this morning it happened. I felt a bit off but put it down to being tired.
Then all of a sudden those little chest pains started. Just little stabbing and pinching pains. Then they moved to the top of my left arm.
They've been here for an hour now and I've had to retreat to my car. I've tried relaxing and calming down but it's not going away. I'm contemplating going to the doctors as I keep thinking it might be a heart attack but inform want to fuel the fire with the doctors.
I just don't know. I feel broken.

But how did you manage to control the anxiety over the last couple of months?
Maybe you shouldn't sit on the car thinking about it, you might need to do something to take your mind off it, but go to the doctors if you feel you need to.
Not thinking about it is the best thing it has worked for me for ages...
I'm doing the same as we speak. Contemplating going to the doctors, chest pain that stabs but it always constant, aching arms and shoulders, do you have acid reflux?
