Hey guys so i've read about how a lot of people are feeling sick because of there anxiety and how they have anxiety attacks etc. Everything sound so similar to how I feel but what is the name of this??

It's a chemical that is released when your body triggers its fight or flight.. the chemicals in physically demanding situation will aid you in fighting or escaping the situation it only becomes a problem when the chemical is released and it has no where to go and just pools in your stomach making you feel sick and uncomfortable. I hope this helps
