Hi there can anyone advise I'm suffering really bad anxiety no sleep or eating for the last 4 wks it's scaring me to death...the doc prescribed 40mg propananol which made me really nauseas and wired altho the anxiety and palpitations did ease but the side effects were awful.....does anyone think maybe a 10mgpropananol would helprather than higher dose ...im already on citalopram20mg and have been for years for mild depression bit have never experienced not sleeping eating .....g.p.also gave me 7.5mg zopiclone for sleep but that leaves me like a zombie in the morning and not much sleep......sorry to rant just feel so frightened by all of this
