Anxiety

Feels like I want to vomit after eating but I don't feel nauseous.. It started 3days ago I'm on vegetable and fruit smoothie diet. I also have soft watery stool but last night I ate chicken soup with lots of vegetables. And I checked my stool it's a little bit dry but after a second it loosens again. Can anyone help me. I don't have sleep for 2 days now. Been overthinking about my symptoms. Monday will be my doctors appointment.
