Soo today im going to eat and do some shopping i was wondering if i should take a beta blocker before i head out because i have bad arrythmias rapid heart beats sometimes for no reason i get nervous and it goes super fast idk if i should take it or dont because my heart be feeling crazy when im it just hit me and i feel my heart going out of control soo any advice ?🤔🤔
