Is anyone else's anxiety bad on a morning? Xx

I think it can be anytime. For me it is bad at night or when I know I am goi g to be around people

Do you have a way of coping, be it talking or therapy or medication? Or do you just suffer it out til it fades

I suffer till it fade's, I'm stressed a lot at the moment with work so putting it down to that xx

That won't help. Do work know that you are suffering? That is the first port of call!

They know I have anxiety but don't think their.that bothered as people that don't suffer don't know what it's like x

They don't k ow but they have a duty of care and obligation to support you. For the first time I think that the importance of mental health support is being heard and it is the likes of yourself, everyone on here that has to be honest and brave and talk about it to the outside world when we can and then it will be understood better

Yes my anxiety is always greater in the morning. Sometimes it even wakes me up but does get better as the day goes on.

In the mornings it's worse.. I can get through the day if I keep very busy but as soon as everything dies down again in the evenings, I'm alone with nothing to do, it gets bad again..

Yes mornings and also late evening can be especially bad .as as soon as you wake up your mind goes intointo overdrive.worrying what you have to do that day.or in the evening worrying about what you got to do the next day.been there lots of times,I now just carry on and let it wash over me and go out to work even though I can be feeling unwell it will feel better as the day goes on.

Mostly in the morning I was up feeling weird
