Hiiiii I've now started to feel shaky and weak especially arms and legs. Have been struggling with anxiety, but it got a bit better now sky high again. I suffer from really bad health anxiety one thing to another and now all these symptoms
Pins and needles in hands fingers and feet
Numbness in hands and fingers
Weakness in arms and legs
Someone please Help me.... I'm going crazy with all these symptoms. Is this really anxiety??????
Yes it is all anxiety, I have all the same symptoms as well as many more unfortunately. I am going on some longer acting meds now so I really hope this will help. If it helps to ease your mind go see some docs so u could rule things out. Good luck! And keep thinking this will eventually get better!
