This really scared me for life!

So I was in bed just drifting off to sleep and finally got to sleep but then I woke up in the middle of the night with something that's scared me it was like I couldn't breathe... abit like sleep apnea? It felt like I wasn't breathing in my sleep so it woke me up with a massive shock and I had to breathe really fast to get my lungs filled with air again this has never happened to me before am I alone? 😫

Your not alone . It has happened to me a few times . Sooooooo scaryyyyyyy. I have to get up out of bed and walk it off and then ill doze back off and sometimes it happens again within 5 mins of getting back to sleep but then i can go back to sleep and everything is fine .
