Why am i feeling out of space especially when i have to go out of my comfort zone?

Hello,

Im si worried cause everytime i have to drive somewhere out of my normal location i get so frustrated and scared. Ive been driving for almost 8 years now no history of accident or anything. Right now i have a headache ,feeling like my head is out there. Feeling dizzy and cant concentrate. Problem is this makes me not to enjoy driving and id rather take a taxi than using my car. Please help me understand if possible.
