sincerelynina, for me, it is usually a sign that I am dehydrated. First I try drinking an 8oz glass of water. If that doesn't help, I take a 325mg of Tylenol and a cup of hot Decaf coffee, put a head pak around my shoulders and neck and just sit back and relax, covering myself with a blanket.

Hope you feel better soon.

Had those symptoms bad few years back. Mostly I'd just sit down or lay down and do deep breathing. Really concentrate on filling the belly and holding and blowing out thru the nose. Just concentrating on that puts me in a sense of mindfulness which always helps.
