Asking for advice please??

I've got a horrible lower back ache and keep thinking that it's caused by something sinister. I've had reflux all day and keep getting weird sensations. I just need to calm down and accept my backs been pulled or whatever. I keep shaking and worrying myself stupid. Asking for ways to calm down

Breathe. It's nothing serious whatsoever. Just anxiety trying to control you. Shut down the anxiety and realise that nothing it makes you believe is rational.

I have lower back pain, and upper and neck pain. All of this muscle pain, apart from hurting makes me feel sick and queasy.

Sometimes, I can feel moderately ok, then I'll start walking and just like magic the lower back pain kicks off. I also feel like I have been kicked in the backside by a horse! I use pain gel, that helps a bit.
