Ok does anyone get a sore neck (both sides) and sore shoulders that ache, both my wrists are so sore and aching I don't know what's going on. My back constantly aches (shoulder blades) antone else get this?

Yes I do but it's due to the amount of stress level I deal with its very intense.

Due to stress or strain. Hot shower releases tight shoulder muscles. Wrist pain will come from the shoulder pain.

I have it frequently. Physiotherapy aggravages my pain. Now I was told to exercise and rest the hands.

Stretching all over 1-2 times per day might help you, you tube has lots of vids about it.
