Feeling physical unwell.

I have been feeling very anxious all week. I have had to come home from work because I feel so unwell but am not sure what is wrong. I was sitting on the sofa last night and the lower part of my legs were aching and tingling. I feel sick and dizzy and exhausted. Are these symptoms of anxiety?

Try not to worry go and see your GP and get your mind put at rest Once you know what it is then you will start to feel much better

Anxiety throws up loads of odd symptoms but feeling sick and dizzy it could be an ear infection

Good luck ☺️

Same here, but they say it's vertigo I've had it for 8 weeks now

On anxiety tablets, beta blockers and meds for vertigo so I don't know what's causing the dizziness, is it anxiety or vertigo

I'm at the end of my tether

I have been feeling very weird for the last two days after suffering an unbearable week at work. I slept a lot over the weekend and felt exhausted. But have felt awful with dizziness, aching legs, neck and tingling in my legs. I also have buzzing in my ears and my skin looks like wax. I think I'm dead already lol!

I take amusulpride for bipolar affective disorder and I've managed it for twenty years. I have a very high pressure job and every now and then it triggers the anxiety.

Well it's funny you should mention ringing in the ears cos I've got that too and just been to Asda and bought some calms.
