Ye, I've had it happen before, it's happening now just as you say. I'm in physical therapy for this and more hip pain which is referred pain from my spine. The sciatic pain is referred pain from my lower back. The physical therapist (doctor) has said my pain is sciatica.
I have to learn and do the exercises I'm learning now to avoid the referred pain into my leg and calf and thigh. Hopefully that pain will go away at some future point and I won't need the exercises for a while.
Hi Marisol,. My son has this. He's 22. It's a common thing. He is a fairly nervous type. I think it's stress related because the muscles have to be affected as well.
Iv got the same plus I can feel lumps in the muscles. At first Dr thought it was varicose veins and told me to wear support stockings. They hurt too much. Now she reckons it's my anxiety because when your on constant alert your muscles tighten. The more anxious you are the tense the muscles get. I can't even put my legs up on a stool they are so sensative and they ache at night terrible.
