Worried about blood clot or heart. I was just sat down at work and my foot started getting pins and needles. I thought it's maybe coz I've been sat down awkwardly so I straightened out my leg after a while it still didn't go away and coz my shoe was tied very tightly on I took it off and it's gone down but I can still feel it and has even spread to my knee and he's making me worry it's something else like blood clot or whatever.
My leg doesn't look swollen or anything so maybe it's nerves but I don't know it's making me worry.
I was walking around for maybe 3 hours straight at work and this is the first time I was able to sit down so could that be anything related to that?
Brain Fog, Dizziness, Ear Fullness, Tremors, Pins & Needles. Started 12 months ago. Made progress, not there yet though
