Memory loss?

Has anyone had memory loss due to anxiety or stress??

Absolutely! My short term memory is terrible compared to what it used to be. I also cant remember a lot of things from when i was younger

Me too!! My memory hasn't always been great but the past couple days i feel like my brains just been in overdrive and now I'm struggling to remember things

Yes I have, I drive a route a few times per week, one day on that route I came to a junction and couldn't remember what way to go.
