I'm positive for norovirus please help

On Jan 17 I got a stomach bug and two weeks later still feel sick. Went to the doctor and I'm positive for norovirus still. I have no appetite and still having occasional diarrhea please help anyone had a similar experience?

The positive test can persist for a few weeks after the illness.

After any bad gastroenteritis you can lose the ability to absorb various things, particularly dairy, and so need to go on clear fluids and avoid dairy products for a few days.

Subsequently you should try using probiotics to introduce new gut flora

Norovirus is a very awful bug and contagious. I was ok after 4 weeks.

You will very sick and have severe diarrhea for several days to a few weeks.

Just have sips of water as food and drink will make it worse the cramp pains in your stomach and headaches with cold chills will eventually go it can take about 3 weeks before you will start to feel better so just rest and keep warm and keep away from others as you can pass it on very easily. You just need to let it go through your system. I found a water bottle and bed rest helped in complete darkness and no noise. It is very important to sip water.
