Here goes the dizziness! Had alcohol Smh

Welp, today isn't good for me . don't think I will be able to drink alcohol anymore "socially" 😏. it seems after I drank a couple days ago I've been sooooo dizzy and heavy feeling . it's like this anxiety wants to just take control over my entire life smh. I'm hoping it's just my low iron which I've been on iron supplements for a little over a week but I don't know .. any advice

Hi Vicky810, start drinking water. Alcohol dehydrates you. Water will help clear your head some. Also need to be careful if you are on medication. Alcohol and meds don't mix well. Feel Better soon

And I am never felt this before and I've been on this medication for awhile now ..I don't ever take it together ..also it was hours after I've taken them

Vicky810, depending what the medication is could make a difference in how you feel when alcohol enters your body. Don't forget, if you are on a daily dose of SSRIs or Benzos, that drug is in you. Just be careful. Talk to your doctor about this. Wish you well.
