I would rather have a panic attack, rather than the lingering Anxiety symptoms any day!

I know that sounds horrible but the panic attack for me I can calm myself down talk myself out of it. Anxiety is absolutely the worst its always with me the chest pains absolutely terrify me. I know they say except anxiety face it head on but when the chest pains start & you all know how that is, it's really hard to ignore it. Today wasn't the best day started out ok but the shortness of breath started following sharp chest pains just experienced some scary ones about 5mins ago. God please help us all and take us out of this misery please!!! 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

  • I sure you have tired many times but try the deep breaths and let your body feel like its very heavy and sagging in the chair or whatever your sitting on.

  • Yes I've said this a few times!! I hate the racing thoughts of what could be wrong. I'd so much rather just have a panic attack and be able to calm down and be okay, than this constant anxiety.
