Does anyone have constant tingly feeling in ur feet that migrates up ur leg. I'm freaking out right now. I've had this for about a week now. I do stand all day at work and I stand on concrete. Could that be the issue and I've been super dizzy and feel like I'm not there if that makes sense

Tingles all over
I have this as we speak and have had the tingly legs and feet for weeks. I'm not sure what's causing mine but it seems the more anxious I am the more I feel it.
Hi, my opinion is that your legs and foot muscles are tired out. Do you stand alot? Maybe a hot bath or heating pad will help.
Yes I stand a lot. 7 hours 4 to 5 days a week and it's on hard concrete. I just always assume the worst like hypertension or some kind of heart problem because like a dumb one I go and look on the internet and the end result is always ur dying or seek help right away so of course it gets my thoughts racing
Wow it sounds like I guessed right! And you're not a"dumb" one. Probably all of us on here have some health anxiety. I 100% do. Just yesterday I felt as though an open safety pin was on my belly and my mind started thinking bladder stones. Then I stopped myself and said why so negative all the time? I'm fine today! I wish we could figure out how to stop thinking this way. We need to live life to the fullest.😉
Frustrating, I know. I get this when I lay down for bed. I think it's just nerves and blood flowing through the feet/legs. During my peak panic days I would get tingling from my left shoulder down through forearm and in my left middle finger. Eventually, it has passed after 2 months. I believe it's just muscle tension since we're all pumping adrenaline non stop and fighting panic. I don't get dizzy often but it has happened.
I have it all the time ,the numerologist who deals with my skeletal problems has told me mine isnerve damage made worse when I am stressed! I take Pregabalin it helps but makes me drowsy (I am also on Oramorph and Zomorph. So I am very careful at sticking to the proper doses)
I'm sure mine is from anxiety and stress but theres always that side of me that thinks it's got to be something serious. I just started working 3 months ago and before that I was a stay at home mom for 16 years, and trying to balance work and home life with a family is really stressful. When I first started working it pretty much took most my anxiety away. I was feeling good then i wake up 2 weeks ago and bam it came back with a vengeance. Tingly feet and bad dizziness. I bought new shoes today so hopefully it helps with my feet
Try putting a rubber mat under your feet at work. Concrete draws something from our feet and the rubber mat will stop that. It can also cause leg cramps or calf spasms.
When you feel anxious or nervous try to think of something that makes you happy or made you happy it can help alleviate the symptoms
Hey guys being dizzy can also be an ear problem. Some sleep positions can cause dizziness. But it's and easy fix. There's an exercise to do that really helps. Google vertigo exercises. It works. I have to do it about once a month. Check it out. But remember if your breathing is labored or you sometimes hold your breath you will get dizzy also.
When you get worried you tend to 'over breath' which can make your arms legs etc tingle.....try slowing down your breathing...put a finger over one nostril, breath in to the count of five, remove finger and breath out to the count of five......it's quite relaxing.
Oh yeh..it's known as HYPERVENTILATING.....if it's really bad the breath in and out if a brown paper bag, keeping it over your mouth for a short time.
I get something like that or restless legs. I am on Klonopin and it helps lots. It also helps if I go for a short walk. Hope it goes away. God bless.

Thank you guys for all your suggestions, and u really helped me not freak out so much about it. I'm so glad I found a place where people are so kind and understand what I'm going through
Although I don't get these tingling legs now - when I was younger I had it a lot. I have always been a nervy person, and feel that tension can give you this sensation. Try to ignore it and pretend it's not happening, and hopefully it will disappear like mine did. Best Wishes, Hilary
