Anxiety Headaches.

First question is how long can anxiety headaches last?

Also, what do they feel like? I know it's a different experience for everyone but mine is like a pain in my forehead and round the sides of my head, sometimes at the back. The pain kinda moves a lot. Has anyone else had this?

Yes I get them to normaly on the right side of my head and we're my temples are some times I can have it all day and some times they just come and go but I find it I'm stressing I can have one all day and night but normaly goes by the morning but it just feels like someone is pushing on my forehead and on my tempules sometimes I can cope with it some times I have to take some ibuprofen to help with the pain hope this helps 🙂

I had a sharp pain in my head a couple weeks ago that was coming and going all day. I went to the er and they found nothing wrong. I was told it was tension headaches due to stress. They even did a ct scan which came back clear.
