Feel really shit need some advice!

Has anyone every felt like there skin is like a buring sensation all over there body but hands are really cold I 'm kind of freaking out minding I haven't had much sleep 😕

Yes!! Kind of. It's a very odd feeling. Not had anxiety symptom quite like it before but pretty sure it's anxiety related. When stressing I have MS even though I haven't it's hampering my recovery somewhat. You are not alone.

Yes I have felt that before . Almost like someone rubbed Vicks or menthol on my arms . I went to the er because of it .

Thank you both for ur reply atleast I know I'm not the only one that's had this I'm ok now after some food dosent help. Not sleeping well last night 😕

I understand I didn't sleep well last night. My stomach has been upset. I feel like my food wants to come up . I went to the doctors today and they keep reassuring me nothing is wrong.
