Anxiety at night.

Does anyone wake up in a panic and then battle to sleep again? I had a dream that I had died and now it's the only thing going round and round in my head. I can't sleep because it feels like I may die if that makes any sense? Every body pain scares me after an episode like this. Any tips or advice? Sorry if it seems like an odd question.

Omg me too ... I been scared every since . At night time is when it's worse . Can't sleep or focus .

I also wake up almost every morning about 2 hours before my alarm in a panic. I find if I have a cup of nighty night tea(along with my medicine) I still wake up, but with less panic..

I have recently tried Nighty night tea and is early days but feel it is already helping, fingers crossed!

I wake up in terror, like I did this morning at 5am unable to breath my chest getting tighter and tighter, harder and harder to breath. I hate it.

I could cry today.

I distracted myself. Had a little magnesium which relaxed me and my breathing and went back to bed an hour later.

I feel like anxiety is the grim reaper constantly looking out to get me.
