Hi my name is Chris im 21 years old and I've been dealing with health anxiety for a few years now I've had almost every symptom known to man from sharp chest pains dull chest pains to skipped heart beats in a row. I've had multiple EKGs blood test chest x-rays all normal and my doctor has even listen to my heart and said that it sounds beautiful but he sent me for an echo and a 30 day event monitor which all came back great but see for awhile now I've been checking my blood pressure and it's been starting to scare me because it's been around 103/74 to 106/74 and I never remember it being so low like that I do get nauseous at times and blood pressure used to be high at times from my anxiety which it read like 150/95 140/98 which I know is to high but now it's to low what's going on!!!!!

Hi. How is your diet? Do you get enough magnesium, potassium, sodium and other trace minerals? Perhaps you could discuss it with good nutritionist. Additionally, it wouldn't be a bad idea to check your hormones.

How long have you had anxiety? Remember that anxiety doesn't just pop one day for no reason. Usually, something has been brewing underneath for quite some time. Finding and being honest about the root cause is the only try way of wining the anxiety battle. Cheers!

I've had anxiety for a few years now and my diet isn't just terrible
