Hello

Sometimes we get strange feelings in our bodies and because we have anxiety we go into instant panic yet a day or so later they disappear !

This maybe all it is and passes as quick as it has come on

See if it eases if you are still getting the same symptoms in a few days then see you Doctor and let them check you out :-)

Take Care x

You are making yourself worry by constantly thinking about it, try to relax and if you don't feel better in a few days go have yourself checked so that you can put your mind to rest.
