The last few days my anxciety has been playing up really bad but today I feel good went for a walk with my little girl didn't rush to get back home felt good to get out for abit even if it was only 20 mins then going to go do another little walk later 🙂

I am thinking how nice today is reading all the things people are doing to push through this anxiety and good for you despite a bad few days getting out !

I think you have got it spot on , don't rush it but do it

Yes she sure did and I find it hard Daliy to even get out of the house but I went for a walk even to it wasent for long we both enjoyed it x

The only place I can seem to go is the shop I witch is like 30 steps from my house I want to be able to go to the park and into town were I live but I just seen to panic when I try it and walk back home x
