Wel reasonably good day ,a little anxious especially when I got to the dentist,got to go back inthe morning for a filling,just registered with a new dentist, then went to get my pension ,got the bus both ways ,not taxis today,not bad thank god xxxxx

All these little achievements we have to remember them as they are signs we can do these things , little steps maybe but everyone counts !

Thanks bev,iv allways been anxious when iv to go to the dentist all my life,I had a bad experience as a kid,.iv gotta be ther for 9.30 so get it over with nice and early.I pray tomorrow will be as good bev,makes life easier doesn't it?

I dont like the dentist either , i think that stems back from when I was little

Mine know me very well & I always told them how anxious I was right from the start , well I think they could tell anyway & they are very good with me

Maybe you might feel you can tell yours if you already haven't & they should then take that into account & make it as easy as they can for you

Thank u love I will tell them ,they all seem very nice and it's a brand new practice on my estate,I got a real examination today better than I got at my old one,it's the jabs I don't like the rest I can cope with,I'm just listening to a cd that came today the Christians ,heard ther music on smooth fm,the songsr beautifull with meaning if u know wat I mean ,so I enjoying this now,xxxxxhugs

I think , if the truth be known, not many people like going to the dentist and are nervous about it.

Getting the bus was great and saves a few bob for you instead of taxis.

Well done you for getting the bus both ways, always good when we can do positive things for ourselves. As for the dentist don't know anyone who likes going really. Talking of dentist I have an appointment tomorrow at 10;15 and I am not looking forward to it, it is only a check up but will be glad when it is over and done with too.

Sounds a very positive day for you Meg. There is nothing strange about being anxious at the dentist, I don't think I know anyone who doesn't get anxious at the dentist. I'm so chuffed for you.
